Shipping Policy

We keep delivery details straightforward, so you can plan for your next weekend out.

Where we deliver

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or destinations outside this area.

Processing and transit

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard transit takes 2–7 days. These are separate stages; transit does not include processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Weather, carrier interruptions and other unexpected events may affect arrival. If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a refund.

Shipping charges

• Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before tax. Your shipping charge appears in the cart and at checkout.

Address details and delivery questions

Check your apartment or unit number, state and ZIP code before ordering. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been dispatched. If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, check the delivery location and contact us so we can help review it with the carrier.
