These terms apply to your use of evergreenweekend.com and purchases from Evergreen Weekend, operated by Evergreen Wear LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Shopping and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address details. If you create an account, keep your login details private and contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

Product information and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown before an order is placed. We work to describe each garment accurately. Screen colors can vary, and garment measurements may vary slightly. Review the specific size table for each style before ordering.

We may correct errors in a product listing or price. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and offer the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or canceling for a refund. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Orders and delivery

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, not a guarantee of acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for an address outside our delivery area, a material listing error, suspected misuse or an inability to supply an item. If a canceled order has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is free at $59 and $6.99 below $59. Read the Shipping Policy for details and delay handling.

Returns and privacy

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy explains condition requirements, costs and timing. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and cookies.

Appropriate use and site content

Do not interfere with the site, try to access another customer’s account, submit unlawful material or use automated activity that disrupts the service. Our brand artwork and original site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product photographs are used to present the goods offered.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site interruptions or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Arizona law applies to the extent consistent with applicable consumer protection law.
